These terms cover the use of gabonbois.com and the enquiries you send us. They are not a sales contract.
Information on this site
Species descriptions, dimensions, grades and ready-stock volumes are published in good faith and can change without notice. Timber is a natural product: colour, grain, moisture content and yield vary between lots. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell.
Quotations and contracts
All timber sales are quoted individually and concluded per contract. Price, grade, specification, quantity, packing, Incoterms (FOB, CFR or CIF), port of loading, shipment window, inspection and payment terms are agreed in that contract, which prevails over anything stated here. Quotations are valid only for the period stated and subject to stock still being available when confirmed.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not reserve stock or create any obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry.
Compliance
Export documentation is prepared in line with Gabonese requirements applicable to the shipment, including CITES permits for controlled species such as Kevazingo. Buyers remain responsible for import requirements, duties and regulations in the destination country.
Site use and liability
You may use this website for legitimate business purposes. Text and images belong to GabonBois unless stated otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content; commercial liability is governed by the sales contract.
